About the client

Arkreach set out to compete in the $4.4B PR analytics market with AI-driven measurement and media planning — deeper than social metrics and domain-level tracking. They had the product vision but needed a technical partner to build an enterprise-scale platform that could process massive news consumption data and deliver article-level insights.

QBF designed and developed Arkreach’s full-stack PR analytics SaaS from scratch: real-time campaign measurement, persona-based media planning, and crisis monitoring in one product.
